Refund policy

You will receive your order within 1-2 working days.

Order Cancellation:
Orders can be CANCELLED at any time before delivery.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. 

To be eligible: 
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Tags must be attached
- Items must be returned in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items:
- Discounted items
- Used, worn, or damaged items
- Gift Cards

Return /Exchange Shipping:
A fee of 3.000 JOD will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping. 
COD & Cliq Payments: You will need to pay an extra fee of 3.000 JOD to cover return shipping.

Refunds: (within 24 hours)
Return requests shall be placed within 24 hours of the order delivery. Once your return demand is received and inspected(2-3 business days),If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchanges:
Our exchange policy allows customers to exchange items within the designated return period. If the selected replacement item is of greater value, the price difference must be paid at the time of exchange. Conversely, if the replacement item is of lesser value, the difference will be issued as store credit, which can be used for future purchases.
You can use the store credit to place new orders which is eligible for all our products, and has no expiry date.
